Dry Oranges

Dried oranges can be made by thinly slicing an orange and placing on a parchment lined baking sheet in an oven warmed to 180F, or on a dehydrator setting. Rotate and flip them periodically until they are just about dry and allow to completely dry at room temperature on the counter. These can be used throughout this season in foods, simmer pots, teas, or as decoration.
