Day 28

Calming Bedtime Foot Soak 

Simply Stir the following ingredients into a bowl or basin in which both feet can comfortably rest:

-Warm Water 

-1/2 c Epsom or Sea Salt 

-2 tbsp Baking Soda

-5 drops Lavender, Tea Tree, or Peppermint essential oil (optional)

-Soft towel for drying 

Relax and allow the feet to soak for 15-20 minutes before drying gently with a towel. Finish up with a massage of coconut oil or dry skin salve for an extra dose of peaceful pampering!
